SINGE-PLY ROOFING

The biggest advantage of the system is that it doesn't contain any metal coating/fixing elements (even screws) on the roof top surface.

Thus, the effects of expansion deformations caused by day/night temperature differences caused by metal roofs in facilities with large roof areas such as factories are eliminated.

With the elimination of metal/metal joint-joints, it is ensured that the insulation problems that these joints will create in the long run be prevented.

SYPHONIC RAINWATER DRAINAGE SYSTEMS

The syphonic system is a drainage system that works with a vacuum effect to drain the roof rainwater.

Unlike conventional systems, siphonic system pipes with full cross-section provide advantages such as using less pipes and draining water faster, as well as reducing the number of holes opened on the roof.

In the conventional system, the pipes are mixed with air and are drained at a low speed, whereas in the siphonic system, the pipes with the full cross-section drain the water at high speed.

FALL PROTECTION
LIFELINE SYSTEMS

Personal fall protection system means a system (including all components) an employer uses to provide protection from falling or to safely arrest an employee's fall if one occurs. Examples of personal fall protection systems include personal fall arrest systems, positioning systems, and travel restraint systems.

SMOKE EXHAUST SYSTEMS

It is a pneumatic or electrically controlled high performance single leaf cover system suitable for use as smoke evacuation, daily ventilation and roof light.

Domes can be preferred in opal as standard, optionally in transparent or bronze colors. There are 2 wall and 3 wall options in the domes. Thanks to the feature of increasing the number of walls, a significant improvement is achieved in heat insulation. The wing of the system can be made of PVC coated steel profile and the dropper part of the system can be made of PVC material, and the casing can be made of PVC or steel material. The system can optionally meet the light, smoke evacuation or ventilation requirements in the building. Thanks to the acrylic or polycarbonate dome with light transmission, natural lighting is provided inside the building. The light transmittance varies depending on the number and color of the acrylic dome's walls.

The optional equipment of the cover system can be changed to adapt to the desired fire scenario.

HVAC

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) is the use of various technologies to control the temperature, humidity, and purity of the air in an enclosed space. Its goal is to provide thermal comfort and acceptable indoor air quality. HVAC system design is a subdiscipline of mechanical engineering, based on the principles of Thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. "Refrigeration" is sometimes added to the field's abbreviation as HVAC&R or HVACR, or "ventilation" is dropped, as in HACR (as in the designation of HACR-rated circuit breakers).

HVAC is an important part of residential structures such as single family homes, apartment buildings, hotels, and senior living facilities; medium to large industrial and office buildings such as skyscrapers and hospitals; vehicles such as cars, trains, airplanes, ships and submarines; and in marine environments, where safe and healthy building conditions are regulated with respect to temperature and humidity, using fresh air from outdoors.

FACADE CLADDING SYSTEMS

The following alternative facade cladding systems are generally preferred in industrial facilities in accordance with architectural demands, static needs and the desired features on the facades.

    Cassette System
    Sandwich panel

Each system has important differences from each other and it should be aimed to choose the most suitable system for the project in line with the demands of the project authorities.
While choosing the system, longevity, fire resistance, usage patterns, steel construction needs etc. issues should be taken into account.
